Celebración de la Cosecha

  • Sharing Our Roots Farm 4905 315th Street West Northfield, MN, 55057 (map)

In collaboration with Come and Get It, Sharing Our Roots presents Celebración de la Cosecha, a large community gathering on Wednesday, September 18th to welcome harvest season!

We will celebrate with cultural dancers, delicious made-to-order food, garden tours, conversations with growers, and an emerging farmers’ market.

Harvest Celebration, 5:00-6:30pm
We will gather to watch cultural dancers, tour community garden plots, and hear directly from SOR farmers & gardeners on their cultural harvest practices. This event will be led by our Community Connectors team.

Emerging Farmers’ Market, 4:00-7:00pm (link with more details)
This monthly market highlights our Commons Cohort farmers and offer a variety of fresh produce, flowers, and botanicals, all grown here on our 163-acre farm. We are excited to welcome community gardeners as sellers to this market! We will include more details on our food vendors as we get closer to the event.

Since Sharing Our Roots is a working farm, please keep pets at home. Please send any translation or accommodation needs to info@sharing-our-roots.org.
